While the audiobook continues the characters and events of a previous book, the story is compelling in its own right. Waters breathes life into all the characters, giving each a suitable accent or vocal quality that makes them stand apart. His animated tone captures the ear with an emotive pull. The romance elements are just as pulse pounding as the action- packed and thought-provoking scenes.
